Club Nets: Every Tuesday and Friday evening throughout the season – all welcome
Availability:
Player match availability – if you wish to play it is your responsibility to ensure that the selection committee (i.e. your Captain) is aware of your availability.
Team selection – teams are normally selected on Tuesday evenings at 8.30pm for the games to be played the following weekend. All players should make their intentions known before this time via the team availability chart and match sheets
Team availability chart – an availability chart will be on display in the pavilion so please try to indicate your availability as soon as possible, particularly if you are going on holiday so that your return date is known.
Match sheets – your captain will also take details of your availability when he collects the match fees at the end of each game. Should you not be available the following week please state when you will be available otherwise you may be overlooked.
Teams – teams will be posted on the notice board, Harpers shop window in town and circulated by email. To receive teams by email contact Patrick Barker patrick@ejbarker.co.uk.
Call offs – please try to avoid calling off from playing once you have committed as this often means making changes to all the teams. In unavoidable circumstances please contact your team captain personally to let him know.
