Player match availability – if you wish to play in a game it is your responsibility to ensure that the age group manager is aware of your availability.
Team selection – teams are normally selected a few days before the game is due to be played. Managers will notify players who are playing along with match details and meeting arrangements usually by email.
Call offs – please try to avoid calling off from playing once you have committed as this often means making last minute changes to teams. In unavoidable circumstances please contact your team manager personally to let him know as soon as possible.
